cytric g8 is a next generation business travel procurement platform, including both an online and call center transaction support system. It has industry leading features such as direct integration with travel suppliers, advanced transaction automation and skill based workflow routing, as well as all of the many cost saving functionalities developed for cytric, such as Cube Channel™ Technology, cytric Enterprise Reporting, DynaWeb™ Technology, Grid Pricing™, Multi Fare Display, Starburst™ Technology, and SpeedBook™, enabling customers to access all market offerings and always find the best priced option using cytric's fast and fluid user workflow.

The new cytric g8 is already in use with all cytric customers. Customers did not have to learn any new interface options, nor migrate any data. All cytric v7 functionality is a part of cytric g8, including the various dashboards i:FAO was first bringing to the industry: Support Agent Dashboard™, Travel Arranger Dashboard™, Travel Manager Dashboard™, and the Personal Portal™.
